Wheel Alignment in Callander

Getting it done

For a wheel alignment in Callander, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.

Who does what

A person replies within one business day. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

Between shop visits

If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.

What to ask

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
