Wheel Alignment in Charters, KY

Arranging the work in Charters

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 673 km from Charters, and does not do this work itself. What it involves: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.

What CarmaCars does here

If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive.

Good habits for your car

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.

Talking to the shop

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.
