Wheel Alignment in Coal

How we help

A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. A person replies within one business day. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare.

Car care, briefly

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.

Talking to the shop

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.
