Wheel Alignment: how we help
CarmaCars arranges a wheel alignment with trusted shops in the Toronto area, and does not do the work itself. Plainly: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An alignment keeps the car driving straight and the tires wearing evenly.
What to send us
We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.
Keep moving meanwhile
We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. When the shop is done, we collect the rental from you. If you come to us, the pickup is free.
Good habits for your car
Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.
Send a request
Start with a short request; a person replies within one business day.
