What to send us

Your request reaches a person, not a machine. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

Getting a clear quote

Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.

Between shop visits

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.

The short answer for Cunningham

To be clear: CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area, not in Cunningham. About 1,115 km from our location in Toronto, Cunningham is too far for our delivery area of about 250 km.

If the car can come to the Toronto area, we can arrange a trusted shop there. Planning to bring the car to Toronto? Tell us when, and we arrange the shop. Ask us about Cunningham in a request; a person answers honestly. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.

When you know your dates
