What to send us

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Car care, briefly

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.
