Wheel Alignment in Dort, NC

Arranging the work in Dort

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Dort is about 820 km away. Plainly: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An alignment keeps the car driving straight and the tires wearing evenly.

What to send us

The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Talking to the shop

Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.

Between shop visits

If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Look at the tire tread before long trips.
