An alignment keeps the car driving straight and the tires wearing evenly.

From request to repair

Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins.

A short checklist

If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.

Good habits for your car

Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
