Wheel Alignment in Forthton

Wheel Alignment in Forthton

Wheel Alignment in Forthton: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. What it involves: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.

Our part and the shop's part

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins.

A short checklist

Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.

Small things that help

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.

Before you plan
