Wheel Alignment in Glencoe

Arranging the work in Glencoe

CarmaCars does not do this work itself. For a wheel alignment in Glencoe, we arrange it with a trusted shop or connect you with one. In short: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.

What to send us

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car.

A car meanwhile

A rental means the repair does not stop your week. The rental is booked with us, separate from the shop's bill. Collecting it in person at our location is always free of charge.

A short checklist

Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.

Car care, briefly

Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.
