Wheel Alignment in Halpenny

Arranging the work in Halpenny

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 281 km from Halpenny, and does not do this work itself. What this is: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.

What CarmaCars does here

We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car.

Small things that help

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.

Getting a clear quote

Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours.

Honest about Halpenny
