Wheel Alignment in Junction, KY

Arranging the work in Junction

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Junction is about 829 km away. The job: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.

From request to repair

A person replies within one business day. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.

Between shop visits

Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
