What CarmaCars does here

Good habits for your car

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
