Wheel Alignment: how we help
If you need a wheel alignment in Macomb County: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. The job: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.
How we help
We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins.
Driving while yours is at the shop
The rental is booked with us, separate from the shop's bill. Rent the size of car you need for the days the repair takes. Collecting it from us in Toronto is free.
Before the shop starts
Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
Car care, briefly
Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.
Ready to ask?
Send a request with the car and what it needs, and a person replies within one business day.
