Arranging the work in Macon County
We arrange a wheel alignment through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Macon County. The job: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.
How we help
We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.
Your rental while you wait
If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. When the shop is done, we collect the rental from you. Self pickup at our Toronto location has no fee.
Between shop visits
Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.
Talking to the shop
Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
Ready when you are
Ask us, and we tell you whether we can arrange it.
