Wheel Alignment in Mapleton, OH

Arranging the work in Mapleton

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Mapleton is about 372 km away. What this is: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.

The steps

You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location.

Good habits for your car

If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.

Before the shop starts

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
