Getting it done
We arrange a wheel alignment through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in McCone County. Plainly: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An alignment keeps the car driving straight and the tires wearing evenly.
Who does what
The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.
Stay on the road
We deliver the rental, or you collect it from us for free. Rent for as long as the repair takes, by the day or the week. Collection at our location costs nothing.
Before the shop starts
Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.
Between shop visits
Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.
Send a request
Send a request with the car and what it needs, and a person replies within one business day.
