Wheel Alignment in Mentor, MN

Wheel Alignment for Mentor

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Mentor. What it involves: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An alignment keeps the car driving straight and the tires wearing evenly.

From request to repair

If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.

Talking to the shop

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.

Small things that help

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.
