Wheel Alignment in Mount Prospect, IL

Arranging the work in Mount Prospect

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Mount Prospect is about 730 km away. What this is: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.

What we arrange

A person replies within one business day. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

Good habits for your car

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.

Getting a clear quote

Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
