Wheel Alignment in Orio, IL

Getting it done

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 917 km from Orio, and does not do this work itself. Plainly: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.

From request to repair

Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

Small things that help

Look at the tire tread before long trips. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.

Getting a clear quote

Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.
