Wheel Alignment in Otates, Chihuahua

Arranging the work in Otates

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Otates is about 3,158 km away. What it involves: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An alignment keeps the car driving straight and the tires wearing evenly.

Who does what

If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.

Small things that help

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.
