What CarmaCars does here

We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Before the shop starts

Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.

Good habits for your car

Look at the tire tread before long trips. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.
