Wheel Alignment in Phelpston

Arranging the work in Phelpston

For a wheel alignment, CarmaCars sits in the middle: we arrange the work with a trusted shop and rent you a car while yours is in. What this is: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.

What CarmaCars does here

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

A car meanwhile

If the shop finishes early, return the rental early. Keep the rental as long as the shop needs your car. Collecting it in person at our location is always free of charge.

Good habits for your car

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.

Before the shop starts

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.
