Wheel Alignment in Phoenix, NY

Wheel Alignment: how we help

CarmaCars arranges a wheel alignment for drivers in Phoenix through trusted shops, and rents you a car meanwhile. The job: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.

How the arrangement works

You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare.

Your rental while you wait

Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. The rental is booked with us, separate from the shop's bill. Pickup at our location is always free.

Small things that help

Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.

Questions to ask the shop

If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
