How we help

A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location.

Good habits for your car

Look at the tire tread before long trips. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.

Before the shop starts

Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.
