How we help

Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. A person replies within one business day. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in.

Car care, briefly

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.

Getting a clear quote

Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.
