Wheel Alignment in Polo, IL

Arranging the work in Polo

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 863 km from Polo, and does not do this work itself. What it involves: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.

What to send us

Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile.

Getting a clear quote

Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.

Car care, briefly

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
