Arranging the work in Putnam County
We arrange a wheel alignment through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Putnam County. Plainly: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An alignment keeps the car driving straight and the tires wearing evenly.
Who does what
If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins.
Stay on the road
If the shop finishes early, return the rental early. The rental is priced like any other: by the day, the week or the month. There is no charge to collect the car from us yourself.
Good habits for your car
Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
Getting a clear quote
Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.

Start with a short request; a person replies within one business day.
