What to send us

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare.

A short checklist

If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.

Car care, briefly

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
