Wheel Alignment in Roscoe, IL

Arranging the work in Roscoe

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Roscoe is about 805 km away. What this is: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.

The steps

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.

Car care, briefly

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.

Talking to the shop

If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours.
