Arranging the work in Scott County
For a wheel alignment in Scott County, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. The job: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.
How we help
If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven.
A car meanwhile
A rental bridges the days your car is at the shop. We deliver the rental, or you collect it from us for free. Prefer to collect it? Pickup at our Toronto location is free.
Before the shop starts
Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours.
Between shop visits
Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
Make a request
Describe the problem, and we arrange a trusted shop.
