Getting it done
We arrange a wheel alignment through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Scott County. Plainly: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.
What CarmaCars does here
We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.
Driving while yours is at the shop
Rent for as long as the repair takes, by the day or the week. If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. If you prefer, pick the car up at our location for free.
Good habits for your car
Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.
A short checklist
Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
Questions first?
Send a request with the car and what it needs, and a person replies within one business day.
