Arranging the work in Simpson County
For a wheel alignment in Simpson County, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. What this is: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. An alignment keeps the car driving straight and the tires wearing evenly.
The steps
If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.
A car meanwhile
A rental means the repair does not stop your week. Rent for as long as the repair takes, by the day or the week. Collection at our location costs nothing.
Car care, briefly
Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
A short checklist
Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.
One more step
Need a rental too? Add it to the same request.
