Our part and the shop's part

If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. A person replies within one business day. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done.

Before the shop starts

If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.

Between shop visits

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.
