Wheel Alignment in Stateline, ID

Getting it done

For a wheel alignment in Stateline, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. In short: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.

From request to repair

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Between shop visits

Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.

Before the shop starts

Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.
