Wheel Alignment in Thompson, DE

Arranging the work in Thompson

For a wheel alignment in Thompson, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. What this is: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.

What to send us

You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare.

Car care, briefly

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.

Getting a clear quote

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.
