Wheel Alignment in Tustin, CA

Arranging the work in Tustin

For a wheel alignment in Tustin, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. The job: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. A crooked steering wheel on a straight road is a common sign the alignment is off.

Our part and the shop's part

We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.

Between shop visits

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.
