Getting it done
We arrange a wheel alignment through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Virginia. The job: Wheels aligned so the car drives straight and the tires wear evenly, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Hitting a pothole hard can knock the wheels out of line.
How the request works
If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.
Driving while yours is at the shop
Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. When the shop is done, we collect the rental from you. Skip the delivery fee by picking the car up from us.
Getting a clear quote
Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.
Good habits for your car
Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
Let us know
