Arranging the work in Westerlea

An alignment keeps the car driving straight and the tires wearing evenly.

From request to repair

If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location.

What to ask

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.

Good habits for your car

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.
