Winter Tires in Devonshire, CA

Arranging the work in Devonshire

Searching for winter tires in Devonshire? CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our shops are in the Toronto area. In short: Winter tires bought or put on for the season, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Tread depth matters for grip in rain and snow; the shop measures it.

What to send us

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice.

Between shop visits

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Look at the tire tread before long trips.
