Winter Tires in Yoder, IN

Arranging the work in Yoder

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 578 km from Yoder, and does not do this work itself. What this is: Winter tires bought or put on for the season, by a trusted shop we arrange, not by CarmaCars. Swapping to winter tires in fall and back in spring is the usual routine.

Who does what

If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive.

Good habits for your car

Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.

Before the shop starts

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.
