Auto Loans in Bancroft

CarmaCars does not sell cars. We rent them, which makes us a good place to try a model before you buy. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Try it for a week first

If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve.

Questions to ask

Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN.

A car meanwhile

Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one. You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives.

Before you plan
