Auto Loans for Baring

If you are looking for financing for a car, the honest answer first: CarmaCars does not offer it, but a rental can help along the way. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Try it for a week first

Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads. Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class.

Buying smart in Ontario

Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN.

Between cars

Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip.
