Buying a car in Bartlett

CarmaCars does not sell cars. We rent them, which makes us a good place to try a model before you buy. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

A test drive that lasts

A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve. Try the car with the people who will ride in it most.

Before you sign

In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes.

Bridging the gap

If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive. You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date.

The short answer for Bartlett

Plainly: we do not have a location in Bartlett. CarmaCars is a Toronto company. About 1,079 km separate our location in Toronto and Bartlett, far past our 250 km delivery area.

Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Tell us what you need in Bartlett, and a person will say straight away whether it is something we can do. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.
