Auto Loans: what CarmaCars does

Shopping for a car in Blakely? CarmaCars is not a dealer, a lender or a leasing company. We rent cars. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Why rent first

Try the car with the people who will ride in it most. If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits.

Buying smart in Ontario

Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town.

Between cars

You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip. Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure.

About distance

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. A request about Blakely gets an honest answer from a person. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.
