Shopping for a car in Boyle

CarmaCars is not where you buy a car, but it can be where you try one first. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

Why rent first

Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads.

Questions to ask

Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy.

Before your next car arrives

Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives.

Distance, honestly

Everything CarmaCars does starts from Toronto, and we have no presence in Boyle. We cover about 250 km around Toronto; at about 2,686 km, Boyle is outside that.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. For buying in Boyle, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. Send a request with what you need in Boyle, and we reply plainly, even when the answer is no. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.
