Buying a car in Bruno

We are a rental company, not a dealer or a lender, and this page explains how renting can help a buyer. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Try it for a week first

A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve.

Questions to ask

Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand. Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit.

Before your next car arrives

A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush.

Where we work

We do not have a location in Bruno; CarmaCars works out of Toronto. We cover about 250 km around Toronto; at about 2,464 km, Bruno is outside that.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Shopping in Bruno? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Bruno if you like. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
