Buying a car in Butt Mountain

We are a rental company, not a dealer or a lender, and this page explains how renting can help a buyer. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Drive it like you own it

Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer. If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class.

Checks worth doing

Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price.

Before your next car arrives

Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week. Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars. Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one.

Before you plan around us

Plainly: we do not have a location in Butt Mountain. CarmaCars is a Toronto company. With Butt Mountain about 982 km from Toronto, it is outside the 250 km we cover.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Shopping in Butt Mountain? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Butt Mountain if you like. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
