Buying a car in Canoas

CarmaCars is not where you buy a car, but it can be where you try one first. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

A test drive that lasts

If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. Try the car with the people who will ride in it most. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes.

What to check before you buy

Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches.

Before your next car arrives

A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush.

Where CarmaCars works

We are a Toronto company with no office or lot in Canoas. With Canoas about 3,154 km from Toronto, it is outside the 250 km we cover.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. Need something in Canoas? Send a request and a person replies with an honest answer. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.
