Shopping for a car in Canton

CarmaCars is a rental company, so we do not sell cars; renting one first is how we help buyers. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

A test drive that lasts

If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve.

Questions to ask

Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes.

While you shop

Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives.

Our area and Canton

There is no CarmaCars office, lot or branch in Canton. Canton is about 562 km from our location in Toronto in a straight line, beyond the 250 km we deliver to.
